Shipping
My items are made to order, and usually ships within 24 to 72 business hours after the payment clears or it is received (in the case of checks, e-checks, money orders, and cashier's checks).
I use First-Class Mail, provided by USPS. If you want to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail, just contact me before buying so I can change the listing to your convenience.
Please note that the shipping price for international orders include a Mailing Certificate to prove that your package was actually sent on the day that I tell you.
You can always upgrade your shipping, just contact me and I can get you the best rates available.
If you would like your shipment to be expedited, please email me and I will make the necessary arrangements to get it done.

Refunds and Exchanges
Every item on my store was handcrafted with love by me, and only me. (I take the pictures too!)
There could be slight variations due to craftsmanship, monitor settings, or fabric print patterns, but that's the beauty of the handmade.
All my products are made with the finest quality standards in a smoke-free environment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with my products, please Contact Me immediately for a refund (minus shipping costs), or exchange. The item must be returned 3 days after receiving the purchase. To accept a return, the product must be in new condition.
I also recommend using a parcel service that provides a tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during transportation or for the use of my products.
